Indi - NFT Marketplace
Indi Marketplace has been designed for Indi - a way for influencers to connect with their audience. Indi Marketplace allows their influencers and creators to mint and sell their own nfts.
Project overview
Indi is an NFT Marketplace that allows users to create and manage their own store. Users can mint NFTs from any media uploaded to Indi, which allows them to control distribution and benefit from the media they create. We were brought on to develop an NFT Marketplace with an independent backend that could integrate with Indi’s existing front-end UX while sharing the existing database.The scope of the project included the development and design of the front-end UI/UX and NFT creation portal for admins. The team was also tasked with creating solutions for Web3 wallet integration for NFT storage, off-chain storage, third-party minting capabilities, mobile trading, and the sale of NFTs. The final product was delivered for Indi to deploy on either the Polygon on Ethereum Blockchain.

The UI/UX needed to be intuitive and allow users to easily navigate between the creator and collector dashboards as well as the Marketplace.
We had to account for three types of users. The creator, the collector and the admin.
Each user had tasks that they needed to be able to do, and some of the users needed to be able to switch between user types.
We found that a left side navigation panel helped aid the user to switch roles and know what type of user they were acting as.
Style Guide & Components
Indi had already developed a strong brand style guide which was prevalent on their app. We set out to create a style guide for the marketplace that was customisable for each user's storefront but was still easily identifiable as Indi. We achieved this by creating unique backgrounds, icons and typography that followed Indi’s existing style guide and colour pallet with variations for both dark and light modes, with further options to change the colours of various aspects of the storefront.
Results
The final deliverable products from Linum Labs included onboarding for both collectors and creators, with unique dashboards for each, and the complete marketplace which is fully integrated with Indi’s preexisting app. Dashboards include all necessary functionalities such as web3 wallet integration, Fiat on-ramp for funding wallets, secondary on-platform sales, mobile trading and third parting minting capabilities.All of which have been deployed on the Polygon Blockchain.
